No matter what your difficult situation in life is, you always can find answers in books, in talking with good friends, in elderly mentors and teachers around you and in these days in heaps of free YouTube Videos.

I am happy to share some free tools with you on this page.

As we all have our 'black spots', if you feel stuck it's also a good idea to get mentoring and support from a professional.

The Work - Meet Your Internal Wisdom

The Work brings you back into harmony and peace. It is a method of self-inquiry born directly out of Byron Katie’s experience. This practice allows you to access the wisdom that always exists within you. This is a Simple Yet Powerful Practice.

As you do The Work, not only do you remain alert to your stressful thoughts—the ones that cause all the anger, sadness, and frustration in your world—but you learn to question them. Through that questioning your thoughts lose their power over you. The Work shows you exactly how to identify and question any thought that would keep you from inner peace and freedom.

Do The Work on your own or ask me to support you one thought at a time. Don't hesitate it is free as I want to give back what I received.

How Resilient are you?

Test your Resilience to better understand how you cope with your life, how resilient you are and what gifts did you gain in your childhood through supportive people like f.e. your grandmother. Resilience means to be able to adapt. The better your thoughts as well as your physical body adapts to all kind of situations, the healthier you can be.

Take the free test to know how resilience you are:

Did you have adverse childhood experiences?

An ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) score is a tally of different types of abuse, neglect, and other hallmarks of a rough childhood. According to the ACE study, the rougher your childhood, the higher your score is likely to be and the higher your risk for later health problems.

Know about the Triggers of your Emotions

The goal is to gain greater control over what triggers your emotions and how you respond. This Atlas is an interactive tool that builds your vocabulary of emotions and illuminates your emotional world. The first step towards emotional awareness is learning to identify and describe how you are feeling and why. If you know and identify your feelings you can express them instead of reacting subconsciously causing problems and misunderstandings.

Why don't you try doing a meditation?

It makes you calmer, quieter, more relaxed and helps you to structure your thoughts and feelings. Meditation is nothing elevated but scientifically very well investigated. The positive effect of meditation on your body and your emotional life has been proven in numerous well-founded studies. Through regular meditation your brain becomes more relaxed and you feel well-being and relaxation in your whole body. Through meditation you learn to develop an inner, healing serenity.
